Because of size and volume of orders at any given time all orders can take 10-12 business days to complete and ship. Most times, based on order size and volume, orders may ship earlier than the 10-12 business days.....If an order may take longer than 10-12 business days we will immediately notify purchaser and make arrangements.
We will not return any items that have been washed, worn, damaged or personalized. If the item you send in has been rejected for return/exchange due to being clearly washed, worn, or damaged, you will have to pay shipping if you want the item shipped back to you. We will return any items damaged in the process of shipping within 2 weeks after delivery.
If we misspell anything personalized we will replace the item for free as long as the original order (from website) doesn't have the misspelling.
If you Accidentally ordered the wrong size and need to exchange for a larger size we will be happy to do so but its your responsibility to get them returned to us and will incur another shipping charge to get the new items to you. We may also not have stock and may need to order the new garments so more time may be needed to refill your order.

We ship anywhere in the US (anywhere outside of Arizona may incur a higher shipping cost than standard AZ shipping)
